Sheraton Bucharest Hotel, Bucharest

My stay at the Sheraton Bucharest Hotel had its ups and downs. The breakfast was fantastic, with an impressive variety that I really enjoyed. However, the room I received was a huge letdown; it was old, smelled of cigarettes, and the bathroom was not as clean as I'd hoped. While the staff were friendly most of the time, there were moments of inconsistency that left a bad taste.

My stay at Sheraton Bucharest Hotel was a mix of excellent comforts and surprising challenges. While the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, the cleaning of the room left much to be desired, which affected my overall experience. The international restaurant offered fantastic food, especially the Wagu meatballs, making dining a highlight. However, there were issues with service responsiveness that dampened the experience. Overall, I appreciated the comfortable accommodations, but I hope for improvements in housekeeping.

However, the New Year's party did not meet my expectations, with rude guests and excessive noise that detracted from the experience. Overall, I appreciated the helpful staff, but the chaotic event left a lot to be desired.

However, I was a bit underwhelmed by the club lounge since there wasn't any breakfast provided and the evening selections were lacking. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Old Town, but there were some minor issues, like the A/C in my room being a bit too cold for my comfort.
